€20 administration fee and you will have to re-apply.


Documents need to upload on the form are:

  1. Accreditation Cert (newly accredited members)
  2. Qualification Cert - Diploma - from your training provider (new members only)
  3. Letter from your current Supervisor stating that you attend a minimum of 1.5 hrs supervision per month.
  4. Insurance document sent to you by your current Insurer - please make sure it up to date.
  5. CPD Certs that amount to a MINIMUM of 15 CPD in total. (no screenshots, only certs accepted)
  6. Photo for your membership card (headshot taken with phone JPEG)
